Membership is open to any individual whose primary work-related responsibilities or interests are in the area of human services -- particularly -- counseling, guidance, personnel work, or psychology.  Membership is also open to others with similar interests and responsibilities such as community agency workers, school social workers, paraprofessionals in counseling, counselors-in-training, and interested others.

The European Branch of the American Counseling Association, chartered in 1959, has been the preeminent counseling organization in Europe for almost fifty years and continues to be so.  This feat was accomplished through the hard work and dedication of so many individuals who were and continue to be dedicated to the professionalism of the counseling field. We have seen many changes in Europe over the past 15 years, most of which have changed the way we do business and the services we provide. Many organizations are now being tasked to provide services that they are not normally tasked to do and with little prior experience. It is because of these changes that it is imperative that we encourage as many of our colleagues as possible to take advantage of the diverse and quality training that EB-ACA offers.

Fill out your membership application / renewal form and submit it to the Professionalization Chair, Susan Stammerjohan, together with a check or money order made out in the correct amount.  Checks and money orders should be made out to EB-ACA.  Information on your application form will be entered in the EB-ACA membership directory and will be available to other EB-ACA members for networking purposes.
